The beginning of understanding the brand

I wanted to start my research by looking at the Blythe brand and what that is. His album cover for example how he made his music what his music is about and who or what genre he falls into.

I instantly saw the resemblance to Juice WRLD music and his production to even directly mention Juice WRLDS 999 brand in some of his songs.

From my initial research from looking at Blythes brand. There isn't a clear motif or brand that is recognizable it doesn't feel well established. I used his brands resemblance to base his audience off juice WRLDs Demographic and audience but I want to look for evidence for this in my survey.

Moving on from my conclusion I plan to use this information to look into genre and sub genre related artists music videos and genre codes and convention. I know what to look at from my survey pointed me in the right direction.

This piece of research validate my story and also gives something to look at when in pre production. I will look back to create scenes that will engage the audience and I know where to start when coming up with ideas

My initial thoughts after looking into this is understanding more about how people will watch my content and how I will address that audience. I'm going to keep it in mind when creating pre production work and curate around a more induvial solo experience.

What went well in this stage?

This stage helped me confirm my story. I now understand more about what my audience would find the most engaging in relation to music marketing and understand more about Blythes audience. I feel my audience would really like this idea and would be more likely to watch again and give interest in Blythe as a artist.

What has changed about my idea?

This has not changed my idea but given me more ideas and little changes like how to make it feel more like a heartbreak video because I know this is what they would find engaging
